Last updated 29 April 2026. This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can control them.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. They let the site remember things between visits — that you’re logged in, your preferences, or whether you’ve seen a particular notice. We also use similar technologies like local storage and pixels; for simplicity we call them all “cookies” here.
Essential cookies. Required for the site to work — authentication, security, load balancing. These can’t be disabled.
Preference cookies. Remember choices you make (e.g. dismissing a banner). Optional but improve experience.
Analytics cookies. Aggregate, de-identified usage data that helps us understand which features are useful and where the site is broken. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for this.
Marketing cookies. Let us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show you relevant ads on other platforms. We use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tags.
Some cookies are set by third parties on our behalf:
Each provider has its own privacy and cookie policy.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break parts of the site. Most browsers also let you opt out of cross-site tracking. For Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where browsers send them. Because there is no industry consensus on Do Not Track headers, we treat them as informational rather than binding.
We’ll update this page when we add or remove tools. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
